Lois Kolbet

Lois Kolbet was a co-founder of Avery Engineering in 1976 and since then she has managed accounts, payroll, and tax compliance while also providing technical support. She continued with the company through our expansion into the partnership of Sandel-Avery Engineering in 1976 and then incorporation as SA Engineering in 1997. With SA Engineering, she has also held the positions of Chief Financial Officer and ISO9000 Compliance Officer. She does schematic capture and PCB layout in Altium.

Production engineer with circuit design experience, C and assembly language programming, and experience solving production problems and modifying existing designs for new applications.

Larry Gillespie

42 years of experience with both analog and digital design, PC board layout, and programming.

Has designed hundreds of PC boards including PC board layout, building and testing the prototypes, writing the code for the processors, and making production modifications. Having someone who not only can do the circuit layout, but who also understands how the circuit works avoids many layout problems.

Programs in C, Pascal and assembly language.
